Simplicity 9171 vintage sewing pattern dated 1970. 

Misses' Dress and Jacket:

The dress with back zipper has high round neckline. V. 1 & 2 have short set-in sleeves. V. 3 is sleeveless. The lined jacket V. 1 & 3 with optional front button closing has set-in sleeves, flaps and "Italian" type collar. V. 1 has long sleeves. V. 3 has short sleeves.

Bust    36 inches / 92 cm

Waist  28 inches / 71 cm

Hip     38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete.  Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some paper tanning and writing.
